The business and real estate law firm of Winton & Larson LLP announces that Robert T. ("Todd") Frahm has joined the firm as an associate and that John J. Del Propost has become Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Frahm focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions and litigation. He holds a J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was twice awarded the Witkin Award and Jefferson Medal for highest course grade.
Mr. Del Propost provides expertise in the areas of corporate and partnership matters, employment and commercial law. He is also licensed as a California real estate broker. Mr. Del Propost received a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and received a B.A. with honors and Phi Beta Kappa from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.
