Mr. Roberts focuses his practice on real estate transactions and litigation involving real property and business matters. He has represented real estate developers, owners and syndicators in a variety of complex transactional issues including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and final purchase and sale of real property. Mr. Roberts has also been involved in a broad range of business and construction-related litigation, including trial work.
Mr. Roberts earned a law degree from Loyola Law School in 1998, and BA degrees in political science and history from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1994.
