She has vast experience in resolving disputes involving real property matters. Ginger represents owners of real property; negotiates and documents the purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and undeveloped properties; serves as counsel for parties to large loan transactions; represents lenders and borrowers in foreclosure and receivership proceedings; forms and advises business entities; and represents contractors and owners in construction disputes. She has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar real estate matters and has extensive pretrial experience.
Ginger holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Colorado State University.
