Ginger Larson is knowledgeable in all areas of real property matters. Ginger is a deal maker, not a deal breaker. She focuses on commercial and residential real estate and business transactions and litigation for individuals and entities. She has vast experience in resolving disputes involving real property matters. Ginger represents owners of real property; negotiates and documents the purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and undeveloped properties; serves as counsel for parties to large loan transactions; represents lenders and borrowers in foreclosure and receivership proceedings; forms and advises business entities; and represents contractors and owners in construction disputes. She has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar real estate matters and has extensive pretrial experience.
Ginger holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Colorado State University.
