Ms. Richards, Of Counsel, contributes her broad experience litigating complex cases for the litigation department of Winton & Larson. Her practice focuses on complex real estate and business litigation and transactions. Representative experience includes prosecution of partnership dissolutions, defense of discrimination and sexual harassment in employment litigation, prosecution and defense of fraudulent conveyances, arbitration and litigation involving land development issues against governmental agencies and quasi-governmental agencies, appellate review efforts relating to arbitration confirmation proceedings, anti-SLAPP, reinsurance issues, and litigation privilege issues.
Ms. Richards earned a juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law. She is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association. Ms. Richards has served as Chairwoman, Los Angeles County Tax Advisory Committee; Member, Development Committee, Los Angeles Center for International Commercial Arbitration; and Volunteer Arbitrator, Los Angeles County Superior Court.
