Mr. Walker is an experienced litigator with proven trial skills. He has also presented oral argument in cases before California Courts of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the Ninth Circuit, with one case resulting in a published opinion. Mr. Walker’s practice includes civil litigation, writs and appeals, and administrative law.

Mr. Walker graduated first in his class at California Southern Law School in Riverside. He led a successful civil litigation practice in Riverside for several years before relocating to the San Diego area.
