Robert T. (“Todd”) Frahm

Mr. Frahm focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions and litigation. He provides support to a variety of transactional matters such as purchases, sales and escrows, real estate development and construction, and loans, mortgages and trust deeds. Mr. Frahm also performs analysis, research and investigation, and engages in discovery efforts, including written discovery, witness interviews and depositions.
Mr. Frahm holds a J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was twice awarded the Witkin Award and Jefferson Medal for highest course grade. He earned a B.S. in American Political Studies from Northern Arizona University. Prior to law school, Mr. Frahm enjoyed a successful career as a major account manager for IKON Office Solutions and as a Series 6 and Series 63 broker.
